Available in any quantity, all of our reclaimed and new railway sleepers and untreated, meaning that they are safe to be handled and installed in gardens, vegetable patches and play areas. Creosote treated railway sleepers should be avoided in these areas because they can leach creosote which will contaminate soil and water gardens and can be an irritant if it comes in contact with skin.

 

GRADE 1 RECLAIMED HARDWOOD
These are untreated, reclaimed red wood sleepers in excellent condition ideal for garden use.  

GRADE 2 RECLAIMED HARDWOOD
These are untreated, reclaimed red wood sleepers ideal for garden use. They have a slightly more weathered appearance than grade 1 sleepers.  

NEW HARDWOOD SLEEPERS
Brand new, unweathered, hardwood sleepers. Ideal for the more contemporary garden.
